Shipping Time & FAQ

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Map prints ship within 10 business days, prints plus frames ship within 15 business days. Shipping is via UPS Ground, which takes 1-5 business days. 

Are you able to do expedited or rush orders? 

We don't offer a standard option for expedited shipping or rush orders. If you really need something faster, contact us and we'll do what we can to help.

What framing options do you offer? 

UnConformity offers the option of a custom Dark Poplar & Antique Brass hanging frame with each print. These elegant, handmade frames are both beautiful and cost-effective, and made right here in South Salt Lake, Utah. If you prefer to use your own frame or take your UnConformity Print to a frame shop, that works great too! Simply select 'Print Only' at checkout.  

Do the prints have a white border for traditional framing?

No, our prints do not have a white border. This works great for hanging frames and floating frames. In most all cases, traditional framing of your UnConformity print will not cover up any critical part of the map. If you would like us to include a 1/4" white border around the outside of your map for traditional framing, please simply contact us. 

Do the prints have the UnConformity logo?

Yes. Each UnConformity print comes with a small logo located inconspicuously in a corner of the print.  

Can you print a map or image for me if I send you the image file? 

We are able to assist with limited print-on-demand requests depending on our order volume and time of year. Contact us to find out if we can help you. 

Can I purchase a hanging frame separately, without a print? 

We only sell our custom hanging frames with print purchases, and do not sell them separately. If you have a special request regarding our hanging frames, please contact us. 

I want to have one of your vintage maps gallery wrapped on canvas. Can you print on canvas instead? 

We can reproduce most maps on canvas if desired, for an additional charge. Please contact us for pricing and custom requests. 

Do you ever collaborate with artists or cartographers to print and sell modern work? 

We do occasionally collaborate with artists and cartographers and love helping talented individuals reach a larger audience. Please contact us to discuss.
